Education - Religious School Committee

Purpose: To provide guidance and support for the religious school, and to act as a liaison between parents, the principal, and the faculty. The committee addresses curriculum, class enrollment, staffing, discipline, finances, publicity, and other issues. It meets monthly with the principal and has representation at the monthly synagogue Board meetings.

Activities: Monthly meetings to discuss current issues; fall back-to-school night; spring open house; and occasionally other special meetings with the principal and/or faculty.

Seeking new members: The committee is seeking new members with an interest in providing input and support for various religious school issues. Help with special projects and note-taking at meetings is also much appreciated.
