New Facilities Committee

Purpose: To oversee all aspects of facility expansion and/or renovation, including the following processes:

• Assessment of facility needs
• Solicitation of input from, and periodic reports to, the board of directors and congregants
• Raising funds for capital improvements
• Contracting with architects/builders
• Project management

Activities (past and present): New school and library wing addition, first proposed in 1997 and completed in 2004.

Seeking new members: When the need arises.
