Have you given any of the Kislev Kindness activities a try? Maybe you can pick one to do over Thanksgiving weekend or as a night of gratitude during Chanukah. Here is a calendar that suggests acts of kindness for each day of the month. 

SAVE THE DATE: Latkes and Lights- Chanukah celebration on December 9, 3:45-5:15 pm —– Crafts, games, food, songs, and more! (Flier coming home on Sunday)

Please remember to send your child with tzedakah money! At the end of the year the class will select and organization or two to allocate their funds.

Ramah Day Camp Open House

Ramah Day Camp invites all prospective camper families to an Open House on Sunday, December 2nd from 1:30 – 3:30 pm at the summer camp site, the Wellspring Conference Center (11411 Neelsville Church Road, Germantown, MD 20876).  Ramah Day Camp is open to current Pre-K through 4 th grade students.

Families are welcome to come for a short time or stay for a while. A formal welcome by Rabbi Rami Schwartzer, Camp Director, will take place at 2:15 p.m. RSVP’s to Sharon Rosenberg Safra, Assistant Director, are appreciated (sharons@campramahne.org, 301-658-6627).

Registration is now open for summer 2019 and our year-round family camp programs! Celebrate the end of Chanukah at Father-Son Family Camp(December 7-9) or welcome in 2019 at New Year’s Family Camp (December 30-January 1).
