To help Janaki in her effort to get people blogging, let me, no longer as President show how easy this is — and note that blog entries don’t need to be long or complex – for example this one:
A lot of people have been starting to squint at me a bit funny on Shabbats when they see I’m still around – after the appeal last Yom Kippur where I said I was leaving “soon” people seem to be wondering… Terry and I have begun the process of moving, and I am spending some of my week days at RPI, however the house we bought up there is not yet ready for occupancy, and my new Center at RPI is still being renovated and furnished, so we’re here a lot of the time as well. We plan to move up there full time in June.
And note, this blog entry lets us answer an often asked question in a semi-public way — so blogging need not be a big deal — come join in!

I approached Terry yesterday, during our fabulous Torah Wrap event, and asked her the same question “When are you guys actually gone?”. I was delighted to hear that we would have you around until June!!
but, Jim, what about your vote on the new poll?? don’t you have a favorite Shabbat activity?
My favorite activity is Shabbat Schluff (i.e. my afternoon nap)… does that count?
you coulda voted for “Snoozing – zzzzzzzzzz” (or i could replace it with the yiddish)…
