Well, once again, after wondering why the blog has been so quiet, I realized that I had upgraded the site awhile ago, and I had again forgotten to change one little line in the code that allows emails to be sent from the blog - which means that no one new can register, and I don’t get notification of comments to approve - all of which leads to user frustration (not to mention administrator frustration!), and you, the user, won’t come back!

My apologies, and the situation is now fixed (I hope).

Please, if you get error messages, please send an email to webmaster@tikvatisrael.org, so that we can fix the problem, and “keep TI talking!”

Our comedian polls are still open for votes, if you haven’t voted already. To date, Gilda Radner leads (33%), followed by Bette Midler (25%) in the female comedian poll; on the men’s side, Tom Lehrer is in the lead (25%), with Jon Stewart a close second (19%).
