TinyMCE Link Test - perl

This page is using the TinyMCE core package, within a perl -scripted page, and the link button is not correctly opening the dialog box. Hoping to figure this out soon, and the TinyMCE javascript is VERY, VERY COOL!!!

The HTML version of the page works as expected.
