First Grade - Aleph

Study the holidays from Rosh Hashanah through Shavuot. Learn the blessings over the Shabbat candles, challah, wine, and snacks. Learn the Shema. Study the Hebrew aleph-bet and develop a Hebrew vocabulary through songs and music. Study Bible stories and Jewish values and enjoy art and music projects related to the stories. Learn about Israel.
