Tikvat Israel Religious School - Addressing Special Needs

Tikvat Israel's religious school provides a resource class in a small group setting to accommodate children with special needs. The resource class provides a positive opportunity for strengthening reading skills, building self-esteem, and developing a love of the Hebrew language. Resource services are also available for students who need extra assistance to enable them to return to their grade-level class.

Our classes are small, offering a student-to-teacher ratio of 5-to-1 or less. We are ready to work with families to meet individual needs through a variety of program modifications, additional assistance in class (at the parent's expense), and use of the Board of Jewish Education's special needs consultant.
