Religious School Open Forum

Fellow religious school parents and congregants-

I want to update you on the religious school committee’s efforts to recruit a new education director. We have met with Shaare Tefila to discuss a potential interim arrangement with their school, in which their director would provide temporary leadership for our program and their students would participate in our classes. We are also exploring other options, with the end goal of having the best possible program next year. Our committee is meeting on Sunday to evaluate our progress so far and plan our remaining steps. We want to engage the parents and other interested congregants, so plans are underway for an open forum. Since we have a condensed timeline for the recruitment process, the open forum is scheduled for this Wednesday (July 23rd) after minyan (around 8 PM). We will meet in the Sanctuary.
